- 为促进农田土壤合理施用除草剂,采用盆栽试验,研究不同异噁草松残留量对土壤微生物多样性及酶活性的影响。结果表明,在作物受药害表现期,异噁草松残留量≤0.12 mg·kg-1对土壤微生物OTU丰度没有显著影响,0.24~0.96 mg·kg-1的异噁草松残留量均增加了细菌和真菌OTU丰度;异噁草松残留对细菌群落结构改变较大,与真菌相比,细菌对异噁草松残留更加敏感;低浓度异噁草松残留显著增加了变形菌门中β-变形菌的丰度,而高浓度残留显著增加了γ-变形菌的丰度;随异噁草松土壤残留量的增加,玉米生长受抑制,但土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶活性表现为增强趋势,土壤全氮、碱解氮、速效钾和有机质含量呈先降低后增加的变化趋势。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the rational application of herbicides in farmland soil, a pot experiment was set to study the effects of clomazone residues on soil microbial diversity and related indicators. The results showed that low-concentration clomazone residues(≤0.12 mg·kg-1) had no significant effect on soil microbial OUT abundance, while the medium and high concentration residues(from 0.24 mg·kg-1 to 0.96 mg·kg-1) increased the abundance of bacteria and fungi. Compared with fungi community structure, the bacterial community structure was changed significantly by clomazone residues, which meant bacteria was more sensitive to clomazone residues. Low concentrations of clomazone residues significantly increased the abundance of β-proteobacteria in the phylum proteobacteria, while high-concentration significantly increased the abundance of γ-proteobacteria. Catalase and urease activity showed an increasing trend with the increase of clomazone residues, while soil total nitrogen and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and organic matter content decreased first and then increased. The research will provide a scientific basis for the rational application of herbicides to farmland soil and safety evaluation in the future.
