- 为筛选适合牡丹江地区种植的工业大麻(药用)材料,本试验对搜集引进的 8个工业大麻为材料(编号为D1、D2、D3、D4、D5、D6、D7、D8),比较各材料的适应性、抗逆性、大麻二酚(CBD)含量、四氢大麻酚 (THC)含量及花叶产量。结果表明:D2、D6、D7的花叶产量显著高于其他材料,株高适宜,D2、D6高抗倒伏,D7中抗倒伏,8份材料的THC含量均低于0.3%,D2(3.5%)和D7(3.2%)的CBD含量在8份材料中相对较高。综合评价认为D2、D6、D7属于优系资源,建议对这3份材料进一步深入研究并进行小面积示范。
- Abstract:
- In order to select the suitable industrial hemp (medicinal) materials for Mudanjiang area,eight imported industrial hemp materials(No.D1,D2,D3,D4,D5,D6,D7,D8) were collected and compared to study their adaptability,stress resistance,CBD and THC content and flower and leaf yield.The results showed that the flower and leaf yield of D2,D6 and D7 were significantly higher than those of other materials,the plant height was suitable,D2 and D6 were highly lodging resistant,D7 was moderately lodging resistant,the THC content of the eight materials were lower than 0.3%,and the CBD content of D2(3.5%) and D7(3.2%) were the top two of the eight materials.Comprehensive evaluation showed that,D2,D6 and D7 were superior hemp resources.It was suggested that these three materials should be further studied and demonstrated in a small area.
