草莓组培苗驯化技术研究

- 为促进草莓组培苗在生产中的应用,降低生产成本,本研究通过盆栽试验分析了草莓组培苗的生根方式、苗高度、根系长度、遮光率、空气湿度及环境温度对驯化成活率的影响。结果表明:将草莓组培苗在培养室培养至根长1~3 cm时转移至驯化室继续进行培养,生长至株高8 cm以上、根系长度4 cm以上时进行草炭土的穴盘移栽,移栽后遮光率不高于40%,相对空气湿度不高于40%,环境温度21~28 ℃时,驯化成活率可达95%左右。
