B9对复壮马铃薯试管苗的影响

- 为改善马铃薯试管苗植株纤细、不易成活的状态,对尤金试管苗在加入不同浓度B9的MS培养基上的表现进行了综合评价,并在接种30 d后对株高、叶片数、节间距、叶片鲜重、茎鲜重、根重、茎粗等指标进行测定。结果表明:随着B9浓度的增加,对试管苗生长的抑制作用越强烈,浓度为30 mg?L- 1时试管苗最粗壮,根冠比最大,节数最多。
