功能性微生物菌剂对花生根际微生物种群的影响

- 为提高花生的产量和品质,对花生障碍地块进行微生物肥料施肥处理,对试验地块施肥前与施肥后进行取样,将样品通过Illumina MiSeq高通量测序,对去重复序列ASVs/OTU进行分析。结果表明: 第一次取样样品A(施肥前)与第二次取样样品B(施肥后)属一级相对丰度,在施肥后下降。其中Candidatus solibacter、Mucilaginibacter、Holophaga等几个属相对丰度下降,而Conexibacter、Brevundimonas和Thermus相对丰度表现为增加;多样性指数分析表明,施肥前与施肥后根际微生物多样性存在显著差异,施肥后多样性指数下降;在属水平上,施肥前Mucilaginibacter、Haliangium占比较多,施肥后急剧减少,而Streptomyces、Brevundimonas则显著增加。在两组处理共有的属中Candidatus、Burkholderia、Bacillus和Granulicella占多数。综上所述,微生物肥料的施用对花生土壤有显著的影响,但微生物多样性施肥后有显著下降。
