- 为保障农产品安全和生态安全,以上海青(Brassica rapa var.chinensis L.)作研究材料,生理生化指标。结果表明:当镉浓度≤5 mg?L-1时,镉对上海青种子萌发、芽和根的伸长、鲜重质量、生物量等没有显著影响,随着镉浓度的增加,对种子萌发和幼苗的茎长、根长、鲜重质量、干重质量都有显著的抑制作用,幼苗体内保护酶活性增加,幼苗生长受到抑制。 结果表明上海青为镉敏感植物,可作为土壤镉污染的指示植物。
- Abstract:
- For the safety of agricultural products and ecological security,the seeds of Brassica rapa var.chinensis L.were dealed with different concentrations(5,10,50,100,200,300 mg?L-1 )of CdCl2.The physiological and biochemical indexes were observed and measured.The results showed that,when the concentration of Cd2+ is 5 mg?L-1 or less,Cd2+has no significant impact onthe indexes.Signidicant diffrence of germination rate,germination potential,root length,plant height,fresh weight and dry weight between low concentration of Cd2+ group and hight concentration of Cd2+ was observed ,suggsting that hight concentration of Cd2+has a obvious inhibitory effect on Brassica rapa var.chinensis L.But seedling enzyme activity increased,seedling growth is restrained.As shown in the results that Brassica rapa var.chinensis L.was a cadmium sensitive plant and could be used as an indicator of soil cadmium pollution
