- 为促进澳洲狐尾的推广应用,通过在澳洲狐尾(Ptilotus exaltatus)‘幼兽’(Joey)表面喷施多效唑(MET)、矮壮素(CCC)和甲哌鎓(DPC)分别在3个浓度水平下的栽培试验,研究生长调节剂对澳洲狐尾(Ptilotus exaltatus)株高、冠幅和分枝数的影响。结果表明:喷施浓度为1 000 mg?kg-1的多效唑矮化效果最好,但冠幅较小,分枝数相比对照略高;喷施浓度为1 mL?L-1的矮壮素对澳洲狐尾也具有一定的矮化效果,冠幅较大,分枝数较多;喷施浓度为200 mg?kg-1的甲哌鎓对澳洲狐尾的株高和冠幅有极显著(P<0.01)的提高效果,分枝数增加,喷施浓度为500 mg?kg-1的甲哌鎓对澳洲狐尾的株高和冠幅有显著(P<0.05)的提高效果,分枝数增加最为明显。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the popularization and application of Ptilotus exaltatus,research of growth regulators effects on plant height,crown width,and number of branches was conducted by cultivating multi-effect triazole(MET),chlormequat chlovide(CCC) and mepiquat chlovide(DPC) on the surface of Ptilotus exaltatus in three concentrations.The results showed that the dwarfing effect of paclobutrazol of MET was the best when sprayed at a concentration of 1 000 mg?kg-1,but the crown width was smaller and the number of branches was slightly higher than that of the control; spraying CMC at a concentration of 1 mL?L-1.The Ptilotus exaltatus also had a certain dwarfing effect,with a large crown and a large number of branches.Spraying 200 mg?kg-1〖JP2〗 of DPC had a significant effect on the plant height and crown width of Ptilotus exaltatus(P<0.01),〖JP〗the increase in number of branches,spraying 500 mg?kg-1 of DPC had a significant effect on the plant height and crown width of Ptilotus exaltatus(P<0.05),the increase in the number of branches was most obvious.
