生长调节剂吨田宝对新疆南部滴灌冬小麦生长发育的影响

- 为了促进小麦的高产稳产,以小麦品种新冬20为供试材料,于2014-2015年在新疆泽普县小麦育种家基地研究了不同生育时期喷施不同浓度吨田宝氨基酸水溶性化控叶面肥,研究其对冬小麦生育进程、叶绿素含量、农艺性状、产量等主要指标的影响。结果表明:喷施吨田宝均能提高叶片叶绿素含量,较对照显著提高了4.14%~11.59%,其中,起身期、灌浆前期分别喷施吨田宝750 mL?hm-2、750 mL?hm-2处理(即750+750)叶绿素含量最高,为53.9 mg?kg-1;不同浓度吨田宝处理均能降低植株高度,增强作物抗倒伏能力;能提高次生根数、穗长及小麦群体总茎数,各处理产量较对照增加5.27%~14.56%,其中,450+450处理产量最高,为8 227.2 kg〖DK1〗?hm-2。综合分析小麦农艺性状、叶绿素含量、干物质累积量、产量构成因子及产量后确定,起身期、灌浆前期分别喷施吨田宝450 mL?hm-2-、450 mL?hm-2处理(即450+450)最佳。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote high yield and stable yield of wheat,in this paper winter wheat Xindong 20 was used as test material to study the effect of spraying different concentrations of Duntianbao (amino acid water-soluble foliar fertilizer) at different development stages on the wheat growing process,chlorophyll content,agronomic traits and yield in Zepu county of Xinjiang from 2014 to 2015.The results showed that different concentration of Duntianbao treatment could improve the chlorophyll content,which were significantly increased by 4.14% to 11.59% compared to the control treatment.Among them,the chlorophyll content reached the highest (53.9 mg?kg-1-) when spraying 750 mL?hm-2- and 750 mL?hm-2- Duntianbao (750+750 treatment)in the rising and early grouting stage.Different concentration of Duntianbao treatment could reduce the plant height and enhance the anti-lodging ability of crops; wheat secondary root number,spike length,the total number of stems were also increased.The yield of each treatment increased 5.27%-14.56% compared to the control treatment,and the highest winter wheat yield was 8 227.20 kg?hm-2- in the 450+450 treatment.Taking wheat agronomic traits,chlorophyll content,dry matter accumulation,yield formation factors and yield determination into consideration comprehensively,we suggested that spraying 450 mL?hm-2- and 450 mL?hm-2- Duntianbao (450+450 treatment) in the rising and early grouting stage of winter wheat is the best effect treatment.
