- 为了进一步研究南瓜苗期耐盐机理,以2份耐盐性存在明显差异的南瓜自交系为材料,研究在240 mmol?L-1 NaCl胁迫下随处理时间的延长,南瓜幼苗株高、茎粗、叶绿素含量、地上部和地下部鲜重的动态变化。结果表明:对照的株高、茎粗、地上鲜重、地下鲜重随时间的延长上升,叶绿素含量随时间延长而下降;处理的叶绿素含量、地上鲜重、地下鲜重随时间延长而降低,茎粗随时间延长略有上升,株高随时间变化幅度小。受到胁迫后,地上鲜重受到影响最大,真叶叶绿素变化量最小。地上鲜重与株高、茎粗变化量之间极显著相关。
- Abstract:
- In order to further stady the solt tolerance mechanism of pumpkin at the seedling stage,we took two pumpkins treated with 240 mmol?L-1 NaCl for different times,the grow trend of plant height,stem diameter,chlorophyll content,abvoeground fresh weight,underground fresh weight and their variations were analyzed.The results showed that plant height,stem diameter,abvoeground fresh weight,underground fresh weight of CK rose over time,and chlorophyll content decreased; while chlorophyll content,abvoeground fresh weight and underground fresh weight of treatment decreased;stem diameter rose slightly,and plant height was almost invariant.Under salt stress,abvoeground fresh weight had the largest variation between CK and treatment,and true leaf chlorophyll content had the least variation.There were significant correlation among the variation of abvoeground fresh weight,plant height and stem diameter.
