- 摘要:
- “精准扶贫”是我国扶贫开发政策面向精准化推进的努力。通过借鉴国外“参与式扶贫”赋权和平等的理念，阐述了赋予贫困群众一定知情权、参与权、监督权，让贫困群众和社会组织共同参与到扶贫过程中，使“精准扶贫”项目更好地瞄准扶贫对象。提出如何提升扶贫项目瞄准的精准度，实现扶贫资源效益最大化等建议。
- Abstract:
- “Precision poverty alleviation” is an effort to promote the policy of poverty alleviation and development oriented towards precision in China.By drawing on the concept of “participatory poverty alleviation” for the empowerment and equality of foreign countries,the right to know,the right to participate and the right to supervise have be given to the impoverished people were expounded.To encourage the impoverished people and social organizations to participate in the process of poverty alleviation.The “precision poverty alleviation” project was better aimed at the target of poverty alleviation.The problem of how to improve the precision of the aim of the poverty alleviation project and how to maximize the benefit of the poverty alleviation were put forward.
