- 为促进虫草菌的产业化生产,以微生物实验室提供的虫草菌菌株为对象,研究了不同培养条件对菌丝生长速率及子实体形成的影响。结果表明:虫草菌菌丝体在大米与马铃薯天然培养基中生长速率较快,分别为0.16和0.17 cm?d-1;在15~30 ℃时菌丝均可生长,其中以20 ℃生长速率最快,可达0.21 cm?d-1,光照对菌丝生长不利。虫草菌菌丝体在大米及马铃薯培养基中,培养25 d后均可形成子实体,且菌丝转色及子实体形成均需光照,以20 ℃对子实体形成最为有利。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the industrial production of Cordyceps sinensis,the strain of C.sinensis provided by the microbiology laboratory was adopted as the material,the effects of different conditions on the growth of mycelium and fruiting body formation were studied.The results showed that the mycelium growth rate of C.sinensis in the rice and potato natural medium were 0.16 and 0.17 cm?d-1,repetitively; mycelium could grow from 15 to 30 ℃,the fastest growth rate could reach 0.21 cm?d-1 cultivated at 20 ℃; light would be disadvantage to the mycelial growth.Mycelium of C.sinensis cultivate for 25 d in rice and potato culture medium could all form fruiting body,light was needed in the mycelium turn color and fruiting body formation,and the suitable temperature was 20 ℃.
