氨基寡糖素复配苦参碱对黄瓜根结线虫的药效试验

- 为抑制黄瓜根结线虫发生,在常年发生根结线虫的温室大棚中,按小区灌根施用氨基寡糖素、苦参碱及其复配样品,比较根结指数、相对防效和平均单瓜重、单果量、单产量。结果表明:氨基寡糖素和苦参碱复配能够抑制根结线虫发生,相对防效达到65.51%,折合产量增加20.71 t?hm-2,其复配防治根结线虫和增加产量的效果优于单独使用的药剂。
- Abstract:
- In order to inhibit the occurrence of cucumber root knot nematode,selecting the greenhouse with the serious and perennial of root knot nematode,using the root irrigation method to apply the amino-oligosaccharin,matrine and its compound,comparing the root knot index,the relative control effect,the average weight of single cucumber,cucumber number per plnat and yield were compared.The results showed that the combination of amino-oligosaccharin and matrine could inhibit the occurrence of root knot nematode,and the relative control effect reached 65.51%,the yield increased by 20.71 t?hm-2,and control effect of its compound on root knot nematode and yield was better than that of single use.
