- 为探讨枣树叶片叶绿素的最佳提取方法,以16种枣树品种为材料,用95%乙醇、乙醇丙酮混合液(1∶1)和80%丙酮分别浸提不同枣树品种叶片叶绿素,用分光光度法测定叶绿素含量,对不同浸提液的叶绿素含量进行了分析。结果表明:80%丙酮浸提枣树叶片叶绿素的效果不佳;95%乙醇和乙醇丙酮混合液(1∶1)浸提枣树叶片叶绿素的效果好,且水平相当。但丙酮对人体的健康危害较大,浸提枣树叶片叶绿素应首选95%乙醇。
- Abstract:
- In order to study the optimal extraction method effect of chlorophyll from jujube leaves,chlorophyll were extracted from 16 kinds of jujube varieties leaves using 95% ethanol,mixture of ethanol and acetone (1∶1) and 80% acetone respectively,chlorophyll content was determined by spectrophotometry,the content of chlorophyll in different extracts was studied.The results showed that 80% acetone was not ideal for the extraction of chlorophyll from the leaves of jujube trees; 95% ethanol and mixed liquid of ethanol and acetone (1∶1) have a good effect on the extraction of chlorophyll from the leaves of jujube trees,and the extraction level was quite the same.But acetone was harmful to human health.95% ethanol was the first choice to extract chlorophyll from leaves of Chinese jujube.
