- 为了节约成本、增加效益,在盆栽条件下,在水溶肥中添加不同浓度BRs溶液(0、0.15%、0.30%、0.60%、1.20%),对番茄冲施,测量其叶绿素值、株高、茎粗和根结指数,明确水溶肥添加不同浓度的油菜素内酯(BRs)对番茄生长发育的促进及防治根结线虫病的效果。结果表明:在试验处理浓度范围内,番茄叶绿素值、株高、茎粗、抗根结线虫病防效均呈先升高后降低的趋势。当添加浓度为0.30%时达到最高,与CK比较,叶绿素值增加3.58,株高增加8.96 cm,茎粗增加0.454 mm,根结线虫防治效果是38.00%。表明,水溶肥中添加0.30%BRs,能促进番茄生长发育,提高抗根结线虫病的能力。
- Abstract:
- In order to save costs,increase efficiency,the pot experiment was carried out tostudy the effects ofwater-soluble fertilizeron the growth enhancement and disease resistance by adding BRs.Applying the water-soluble fertilizer by adding BRs of different concentrations (0,0.15%,0.30%,0.60%,1.20%),rushingin tomatoes,to measure the value of the chlorophyll value,plant height,stem thickness and root-knot index.The result showed that with the test concentration range,the chlorophyll value,plant height,stem diameter,root-knot nematode resistance of tomato showed a trend of rising first and decreased then.Among them,the treatment with the concentration of 0.3% was the best,compared with CK,the chlorophyll value increased by 3.58,theplant height increased by 8.96 cm,the stem diameter increased by 0.454 mm,and the control effect was 38.00%.The water-soluble fertilizers containing0.30% BRs promotes the growth and development of tomato and enhances the ability of the root-knot nematode disease.
