半夏不同居群的细胞学研究

- 为促进半夏种质资源利用、保护及品种选育,采用BSG去壁低渗法,对采集于不同地区、不同居群的半夏(Pinellia ternate)进行细胞学研究。结果表明:半夏属中存在与文献报道相一致的X=7、8、9、13、10和23六个染色体基数,本研究首次发现了,半夏属还存在染色体数目2n=36、42的居群。同时分析该属是一个染色体数目多变的属,半夏种内染色体数目各异,种间也有相同,出现大量的多倍复合体,在属内、种间、种内呈现出丰富遗传多样性。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote germplasm resource utilization,protection and breeding of Pinellia ternate,the method of BGS was applied with cytological study on Pinellia ternata?from differdent localities and populations.The results showed that the original basic numbers x=7,8,9,13,10,23 were identical with the former document.The chromosome numbers in Pinellia ternata?2n = 36,42 were reported here for the first time.The research found that the genetic background was very complexity in ?Pinellia ternata.The chromosome numbers in the same colony of Pinellia ternate?was various and the different colony of Pinellia ternata??was also equal.The chromosome basical number variant breadth of Pinellia?was broad.There had genetic diversity inside genus and species.
