- 为了建立马铃薯高效、稳定离体再生体系,以延薯4号无菌试管苗茎段为材料,通过对茎段再生体系的筛选,优化了培养基内最佳激素配比浓度。结果表明:马铃薯延薯4号无菌试管苗茎段诱导愈伤组织最适培养基为:MS+6BA3.0 mg·L-1 +NAA1.0 mg·L-1。茎段丛生芽分化的最适培养基为:MS+6BA2.0 mg·L-1 +NAA0.20 mg·L-1 +G A3 1.0 mg·L-1。
- Abstract:
- To establish the highly efficient and stable in vitro regeneration system of potato,the stem regeneration system of the aseptic Yanshu 4 seedlings was screened and the hormone proportion of culture medium was optimized.The results showed that the optimum culture medium for the callus induction of explants from stem segments of Yanshu 4 was MS+6BA3.0 mg·L-1+NAA1.0 mg·L-1 and the best culture medium for differentiation of multiple buds inducted by stem segment callus was MS + 6BA2.0 mg·L-1+NAA0.20 mg·L-1+GA3 1.0 mg·L-1.
