几种药剂对绿豆田朱砂叶螨的毒力测定及防效试验

- 药剂; 绿豆; 毒力测定; 防治效果朱砂叶螨在生产中对绿豆叶片的生长和功能影响比较大; 为筛选低毒高效杀虫杀螨剂已解决生产之需; 采用浸叶法测试供试药剂对叶螨的毒力; 并对其中较好的药剂进行盆栽和田间喷雾防效测试。结果表明:7种药剂对叶螨室内48 h毒力依次为甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、苦参碱、哒螨灵、中保杀螨乳油、毒死蜱、炔螨特、吡虫啉; 其中苦参碱对成螨、若螨的致死中浓度为0.402 4 mg·L-1 、0.359 3 mg·L-1 ; 甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐对成螨、若螨的致死中浓度为0.252 6 mg·L-1、0.146 5 mg·L-1; 喷雾施用24 h后; 苦参碱水剂的防治效果可达到90%; 而甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的防治效果可达到80%以上; 二者具有进一步在生产上应用的潜力。

- Abstract:
- Tetranychus cinnabarinus has more influence on the growth of mung bean leaf and function. Considering of production request and providing theoretical basis on selecting of low toxicity and high efficient insecticide,the method of leaf immersion was used to test several supplied insecticides toxicity to T. cinnabarinus. Meanwhile spray test were used to test the control effect of better insecticides on potted and in field. The results showed that toxicity for 48 h of supplying 7 insecticides was Emamectin-benzoate,Matrine,Pyridaben,Zhongbaoshaman,Chlorpyrifos,Propargite,Imidacloprid in turn; among these,the lethal concentration of matrine on mite adult and nymphs was 0.402 4 mg·L-1 and 0.359 3 mg·L-1 respectively,but that of Emamectin-benzoate was 0.252 6 mg·L-1,0.146 5 mg·L-1 respectively. After spraying for 24 hours,the control effect of matrine could reach 90%,and the control effect of Emamectin-benzoate could reach more than 80%,the two insecticides had the application potential in the production.
