- 为减轻和控制黄瓜苗期根部病害的发生,以黄瓜苗期立枯病、猝倒病和枯萎病为防治对象,进行生防细菌的筛选及应用研究。结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌KC1、KC6和KC20对黄瓜苗期根部3种病原菌具有较好的拮抗作用;将3种生防菌制成混合的粉剂,保存13个月后有效含量低保持在较高水平;生防菌剂使用剂量在10 g?m-2对黄瓜苗期根部病害防治效果最佳达到64.12%。
- Abstract:
- In order to reduce and control cucumber seedling diseases in root, taking Rhizoctonia solani,Pythinm aphanidermatum and Fusarium oxysporum causing cucumber seeding disease in root as control object,application research and screening of biocontrol bacterial against cucumber root disease were carried out.The results showed that the antagonistic effect of Bacillus subtilis KC1,KC6 and KC20 against pathogenic fungi had a good antagonistic effect.Mixed powder were developed by using B.subtilis KC1,KC6 and KC20.The effective content of mixed powder kept at a high level after 13 months of storage.Mixed powder of biocontrol agents had a good control effect on cucumber seeding disease in root,which reached 64.12% at a dose of 10 g?m-2.
