- 为适应食用菌产业的迅猛发展,开发新型基质以满足平菇生产的需求,以不同含量的麻屑、豆秸及菌渣为栽培基质,栽培平菇灰美二号,研究不同基质对平菇产量和性状的影响。结果表明:不同配方下的平菇子实体形态无明显变化,以麻屑、豆秸和木耳菌渣为基质主料栽培平菇是可行的,其中豆秸45%+菌渣40%(配方3)和麻屑40%+菌渣45%(配方7)与对照相比,子实体生长健壮,生物学效率高,经济效益高。
- Abstract:
- In order to adapt to the rapid development of edible fungus industry, develop new matrix to meet the needs of the mushroom production, taking flax residues, soybean straw and waste material cultured wood earas the main medium to culture oyster mushroom, the yield and traits of oyster mushroom were studied in different substrates. The results showed that morphology of mushroomin different substrates had no obvious change. The method of using flax residues,soybean stalk and waste material cultured wood ear as substrates was feasible,compared with the control group , experimental group which mixed with bean stalk 45% + waste material cultured wood ear 40% (formula 3) and flax residues 40% + waste material cultured wood ear 45% (formula 7) could get higher yield, higher biological efficiency and more economic benefit.
