- 为探求ABA对杂交水稻种子萌发及在田间稻穗萌芽的抑制作用,用浓度为110 mg?L-1的ABA对杂交水稻亲本金23B和V20B种子浸种及其田间稻苗齐穗后7 d进行喷施处理,并分析其生理特性。结果表明:ABA对种子萌发与稻穗萌芽中α-淀粉酶的活性起了抑制作用、降低了可溶性糖含量,抑制了可溶性蛋白含量,ABA处理对离体种子生理特性的影响效果优于大田稻穗。
- Abstract:
- In order to effective explore the plant growth regulator of inhibiting preharvest sprouting seedling of hybrid rice in field,by 110 mg?L-1 ABA treatment in soaking 24 h and spraying after full heading 7 d, physiological characteristics was analyzed.The results showed that α-amylases activity was restrained,soluble sugar content was decreased,and soluble sugar content was reduced.Seed physiological characteristics effect in vitro seed was better than preharvest sprouting by ABA treatment.
