- 为建立紫外分光光度法测定八角枫中水杨苷的含量,以水为溶剂,回流提取八角枫中水杨苷,采用香草醛-高氯酸法显色,紫外分光光度法扫描,确定最大吸收波长,通过精密度试验,稳定性试验,加样回收试验建立水杨苷含量的测定方法。水杨苷的紫外扫描的结果表明:水杨苷的最大吸收波长为281 nm,水杨苷标准液浓度在34.40~172.10 μg?mL-1时浓度与吸光度呈现良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Y=0.0063X-0.0107,r=0.999 3,加样回收率为100.29%。该方法操作简便、准确、快速,可用于八角枫中水杨苷的定量检测。
- Abstract:
- A ultraviolet spectrophotometry was established to measure the concentration of salicin from Alangiaceae.The water extract of Alangiaceae developed by Vanillin- perchloric acid method was used to make ultraviolet scan for the largest ultraviolet absorption wavelength.Then,the content determination method for salicin was established through the accuracy,stability,and recovery test.The maximum absorption wavelength of salicin was at 281 nm.The linear range of the salicin concentration was from 34.40 μg?mL-1 to 172.10 μg?mL-1 and the regressive equation was Y=0.006 3X-0.010 7,r=0.999 3.The average recovery of the method was 100.29%.The method was simple,fast and accurate,which could be applied to control the quality of salicin from Alangiaceae.
