- 为了探讨近年来黑龙江省审定水稻品种孕穗期耐冷性特点,在水稻冷害鉴定圃中,通过冷水灌溉的方法鉴定2013、2014年审定的水稻品种孕穗期耐冷性,并将水稻品种孕穗期耐冷性与一些基本形态指标进行相关分析。结果表明:2013和2014年审定的水稻品种经过低温处理后,水稻品种空壳率分布情况都集中在35%以下,其中空壳率在10%~15%的品种最多有15份,占31份品种材料的近50%,低于5%的品种有2份,所以黑龙江省近2年审定的品种耐冷性表现良好。相关分析结果表明:品种孕穗期耐冷性与主茎叶片数、生育期、活动积温、株高、穗长、穗粒数、千粒重等重要性状相关不显著,在品种选育和亲本选择时可以单独考虑耐冷性状。
- Abstract:
- In order to study the cold tolerance of at booting stage of japonica rice of Heilongjiang province,the japonica rice varieties of 2013 and 2014 was studied by cold water irrigation.Correlation analysis between morphological index and cold tolerance of japonica rice at booting stage was studied.The results showed that authorized the japonica rice varieties in 2013 and 2014 was treated by cold water, percentage of unfilled grains was concentrated distribution below 35%,percentage of unfilled grains between 10% to 15% had 15, nearly 50% of 31 varieties; percentage of unfilled grains under 5% had 2, so the cold tolerance of rice varieties in Heilongjiang was good.sorrelation was not significant between cold tolerance at booting stage and leaves number on stem, growth period, active accumulated temperature, plant height, spike length, grains per spike, 1000-grain weight, so cold tolerance of rice need be thought alone when rice variety breeding and parent selecting.
