观赏水草雪花草的离体培养与快速繁殖

- 为了促进雪花草的工厂化育苗,以雪花草幼嫩的枝条为外植体,建立了快速无性繁殖体系。结果表明:不定芽诱导增殖培养基最佳配方为改良MS培养基+6-BA2.0 mg?L-1+IBA0.1 mgL-1+GA1.5 mg?L-1;生根培养基配方为改良的MS培养基+NAA 1.0 mg?L-1 +6-BA 0.1 mg?L-1。该离体培养方法能提高雪花的繁殖系数,有效缓解当前种苗不足和缩短上市时间,满足市场需求。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the factory nursery of Hottonia inflate,taking shoot of Hottonia inflate?as explants,the culture and rapid propagation system of Hottonia inflate?were established.The results showed that the optimum medium for inducing adventitious and proliferation buds was modified MS medium with 2.0 mg?L-1 6-BA,0.1 mg?L-1?IBA and1.5 mg?L-1?GA,reproduction coefficient was 7 times.The modified MS medium with 0.1 mg?L-1?6-BA and 1 mg?L-1 NAA was suitable for rooting.The rapid propagation could remit the lack of Hottonia inflate?seeds.
