- 为建立适宜新疆维吾尔自治区的土地整治后耕地质量评价指标体系，以衡量土地整治工程对耕地质量的影响。结合定性与定量的方法选取评价指标因子，采用特尔菲法确定各指标权重，衡量已实施土地整治项目的耕地的质量变化情况。结果表明：实施土地整治工程之后的耕地，基础设施建设较土地整治前得到了一定程度的完善，耕地利用等别和自然等别都有所提升，提高农业生产效益，方便农户生活，为提高耕地产出率奠定了基础。说明构建土地整治后耕地质量评价指标体系，分析耕地质量等别在土地整治前后的变化程度，有利于今后耕地质量评价工作的开展，为国土部门的常规工作提供科学的依据。
- Abstract:
- In order to establish a suitable arable land quality evaluation index system for post-land reclamation in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,qualitative method and quantitative method were combined for choosing evaluation index factors,and Delphi method was adopted to confirm each index weight and to measure quality of arable land which has already implemented land reclamation.The results showed that arable land with infrastructure construction was improved than before,and both use classification and nature classification were promoted,and agricultural production profits was enhanced to facilitate farmer’s lives,which laid a foundation for advancing output capacity.Therefore,constructing arable land quality evaluation index system for post-land reclamation and analyzing quality change of arable land before and after land reclamation would make contribution to launching quality assessment of arable land in future and provide scientific basis for territory department.
