土壤水分胁迫对寒地水稻部分生理特性的影响

- 为了探明土壤水分胁迫条件下寒地水稻生理特征指标的变化,以两个抗旱性不同的品种为材料,研究了不同时期和不同强度的水分胁迫对水稻生理特性的影响。结果表明:生育前期水分胁迫对叶片含水量的影响比后期胁迫大,胁迫强度对叶片含水量影响不明显,抗旱性强的品种叶片含水量降低幅度小于抗旱性弱的品种。分蘖期、长穗期和抽穗后1~10 d控水使叶绿素a和b的含量均降低,Ca/Cb值升高,不利于提高光合速率;而抽穗后11~20 d控水对叶绿素含量影响不大。水分胁迫使净光合速率降低,蒸腾作用增加,胞间CO2浓度升高,气孔导度变大;胁迫强度越大变化幅度越大。水分胁迫使SOD酶和POD酶活性降低,MDA含量升高;不同品种对水分胁迫的抵抗能力不同,抗旱性强的品种质膜受损伤程度小,清除·O2 和H2O2的能力较强。
- Abstract:
- Effect of different periods and different intensities of water stress on rice physiological characteristics were studied with two different drought tolerance rice varieties in order to investigate index changes of rice physiological characteristics under the condition of soil water stress in cold region.The results showed that effect of water stress on water content in leaf at the early growth stage was larger than the effect of water stress on water content in leaf at the late growth stage.Stress intensity had no obvious effect on water content in leaf.Leaf water content in resistant variety was less than that in sensitive variety.Water stress during tillering stage,panicle formation stage,the period of 1~10 day after heading stage made chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content decreased,Ca / Cb value increased.And water stress had less effect on chlorophyll content at the periods of 11~20 day after heading stage.Water stress made net photosynthetic rate reduced,transpiration rate increased,CO2 concentration intercellular increased,and stomatal conductance increased.The greater stress intensity,the greater the magnitude of the change.Water stress made POD and SOD enzyme activity decreased,MDA content increased.Different rice varieties differed in their resistance to water stress,Water stress made plasma membrane in resistant variety brought about a small degree of damage,and made ability of removing O2 and H2O2 enhanced.
