- 为了研究植物在碱性复合盐胁迫下的生理生化变化,以番茄幼苗为原材料,将中性盐NaCl、Na2SO4和碱性盐NaHCO3、Na2CO3按照不同比例混合,通过模拟pH分别为7.50、8.90、9.57、10.42不同梯度碱性复合盐进行土壤胁迫试验,测定了丙二醛的含量、过氧化物酶的活性、超氧物歧化酶的活力指标。结果表明:随着盐pH的升高,番茄幼苗受害加重,丙二醛含量增加,过氧化物酶的活性先升高后降低,超氧物歧化酶的活力也呈先升高后降低的趋势。
- Abstract:
- In order to study physiological and biochemical changes of plant under salts alkaline stress, taking tomato seedlings as experimental material,simulated natural alkalisaline condition under different pH,which were composed of NaCl,NaHCO3,Na2CO3,and Na2SO4?in various proportion.Several physiological indices were measured,for example,the content of malonaldehyde(MDA),the activity of peroxidase(POD) and superoxide dismutase(SOD).The result illustrated that with the increase of pH,the tomato seedling suffered seriously,MDA content increased,the activity of POD increased first then decreased and the activity of SOD also showed the same trend.
