- 为更好地驯化栽培耐盐碱糜子品种,采用室内种子发芽试验的方法,研究在白城地区淡黑钙土和盐碱土条件下硅肥对糜子品种宁糜11种子萌发代谢的影响。结果表明:在两种土壤条件下,一定用量的硅肥能够显著提高萌发代谢过程中淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性,因此,硅肥能够在一定程度上提高糜子种子的萌发速度。
- Abstract:
- In order to study the effect of silicon on germination metabolism of proso millet seed,experiments were designed to detect the parameters of amylase,protease and lipase activity of seed Ningmi11,on light chernozem soil and salinealkali soil in Baicheng area.The results showed that values of amylase,protease and lipase activity in proso millet seeds could be increased significantly by certain doses of silicon fertilizer on light chernozem soil;value of enzyme activity in seed could be affected greatly by application of silicon fertilizer on salinealkali soil.
