大豆蚜非寄主植物提取物的杀虫活性筛选

- 为筛选对大豆蚜有杀虫活性的物质,以大豆蚜作为供试靶标昆虫,采用载蚜叶片浸渍法测定了27种大豆蚜非寄主植物乙醇提取物对大豆蚜的杀虫活性。结果表明,50 mg?mL-1苍耳、黄花蒿、蒙古蒿、马齿苋的提取物处理大豆蚜48 h后,校正死亡率达到65%以上,其中苍耳和蒙古蒿表现出较强的毒力,LC50值均小于20 mg?mL-1,二者的杀虫活性成分值得进一步研究。
- Abstract:
- In order to screen the insecticidal activity material of soybean aphid,taking ethanol extracts from twenty-seven plants against Aphis glycines?as targe insects,the biological activities were studied by dipping method.The results showed that the adjusted mortalities were over 65% after treatment 48 h with 50 mg?mL-1?ethanol extraction from Xanthium ibiricum Patrin.,Artemisia annua Linn.,Artemisia mongolica ?Fisch.and?Portulacaoleracea?L.especially,LC50of extraction from Xanthium ibiricum?Patrin.and Artemisia mongolica?Fisch.showed stronger virulence which were less than 20 mg?mL-1,its biological active ingredients would be worth studying.
