- 为了解仙人球种子的特性,探讨光照、GA3和6-BA对仙人球种子萌发的影响,观察了仙人球种子的吸水率,测定了不同浓度的GA3和6-BA(0、10、30、50、100 mg·L-1)浸种以及黑暗和光照条件下的发芽率和发芽势。结果表明:室温下仙人球种子吸水率在24 h达到饱和为30%;最有利于仙人球种子萌发的GA3浓度为100 mg·L-1,而6-BA对仙人球种子萌发作用不大;光照条件下的仙人球种子发芽率和发芽势明显高于黑暗条件下,推断仙人球种子属于喜光种子。
- Abstract:
- In order to understand the characteristics of cactus seed,the effect of illumination,GA3 and 6-BA on its germination was studied.The waterabsorption percentage of seed were observed,germination percentage and germination potentiality of seed were tested under light treatments (light and dark),different concentrations of GA3and 6-BA (0,10,30,50,100 mg·L-1).The results showed that the waterabsorption of cactus Ferocactus horridus seed reached the maximal for 30% within 24 h.The most beneficial to cactus seed germination was 100 mg·L-1 GA3 ,and 6-BA had no remarkable effect on seed germination; It also showed that illumination condition was significantly higher than dark condition on germination percentage and germination potentiality,which infer that cactus seed belonged to very bright seeds.
