- 为了探讨营养物质及不同种类和浓度的生长素对碰碰香水培扦插生根的影响。以碰碰香的一年生幼嫩枝条为材料,采用正交试验设计,进行了碰碰香的水培扦插试验。结果表明:NAA、IBA、培养液对碰碰香的水培扦插生根都具有重要的作用,水培扦插时以1/2MS营养液+NAA 0.1 mg?L-1IBA0.1~0.5 mg?L-1的培养液比较适宜,生根迅速,根量丰富,植株生长旺盛。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the effect of nutrients and different kinds and concentrations of auxin on hydroponics cutting rooting of Plectranthus tomentosus,taking annual young branches as materials,the hydroponics cutting experiment of Plectranthus tomentosus were conducted through orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that NAA,IBA and nutrient solution all played important roles in hydroponics cutting rooting of Plectranthus tomentosus.1/2 MS nutrient solution+0.1 mg?L-1 NAA+0.1~0.5 mg?L-1 IBA was suitable as nutrient solution,the root grew quickly with rich root numbers,and the growing was vigorous.
