- 为明确生物农药0.5%几丁聚糖可湿性粉剂对黄瓜霜霉病的防治效果,采用0.5%几丁聚糖可湿性粉剂有效成分用量3.0、6.0、9.0 g.hm-2剂量进行田间防效试验。结果表明:药后7 d防效分别为68.71%~69.03%、81.79%~82.52%和89.18%~90.49%。0.5%几丁聚糖可湿性粉剂对黄瓜霜霉病具有良好的防治效果且安全,可在生产上推广使用,推荐有效成分使用剂量为6.0~9.0 g.hm-2。
- Abstract:
- In order to confirm the control effect of chitosan 0.5%WP against cucumber downy mildew in the greenhouse,the field control effect experiment was carried out.The results showed that the efficacy of chitosan 0.5% WP with dosagfes of 3.0,6.0 and 9.0 g.hm-2 were 68.71%~69.03%,81.79%~82.52% and 89.18%~90.49% respectively after saven days.Chitosan 0.5%WP was safe to cucumber plants and had better control efficiency to the cucumber downy mildew.The spraying dosage of 6.0~9.0 g.hm-2 was recommended.
