- 为了指导除草剂创制研究,选用61个经普筛确认具有良好除草活性的化合物,对经过标准化培养的狼把草试材进行防除试验。结果表明:普筛中13个只对禾本科杂草具有防除活性的化合物对狼把草无防除活性,48个同时对禾本科杂草及阔叶杂草具有防除活性的化合物均对狼把草具有一定的防除活性,而且48个化合物在有效成分37.5、150.0、600.0 g.hm-2的试验剂量下,对狼把草防效在0~20%、21%~40%、41%~60%、61%~80%、81%~100%均有分布。这表明,狼把草能够反映化合物的除草活性特征,可作为新的除草化合物生测筛选靶标,应用于除草剂创制研究中。
- Abstract:
- In order to guide the research and development of herbicide,sixty-one new compounds,which were confirmed with good herbicidal activity in general screening,were used to test the control effect on Bidens tripartita L..The result showed that thirteen of the sixty-one compounds,had control effect only to the grass weeds in the general screening and had no control effect to Bidens tripartita L..The other forty-eight compounds had control effect not only to grass weeds,but also to broadleaf weeds in the general screening and had control effect to Bidens tripartita L.To certain extent,among the different ranges of control effect to Bidens tripartita L.,0~20%,21%~40%,41%~60%,61%~80% and 81%~100%,control effect were distributed in forty-eight tested compounds under the test doses of available ingredient 37.5,150.0 and 600.0 g.hm-2.The result showed that Bidens tripartita L.,as a new target weed for bioassay screening,could reflect the herbicidal activity of new compounds and could be used to study the research and development of herbicide.
