- 针对新疆马铃薯快繁及工厂化生产技术中的母株材料选择、茎尖脱毒培养、试管苗快繁、试管薯诱导及微型薯繁育等技术全面总结了近5年来的研究结果,并详细描述马铃薯脱毒技术操作及试管苗、试管薯、微型薯工厂化生产各阶段的工艺流程与技术要点。
- Abstract:
- According to the selection of plant materials,virus-free cultivation of stem tip,rapid propagation of test-tube plantlet,induction of microtuber,mini-potato breeding were concluded.in the past 5 years.Meanwhile,the technological process and technique key points of potato virus-free technique,the industrialized production of potato test-tube plantlets,microtuber and mini-potato breeding were described in detail.
