- 香味是香稻的一项重要品质性状,成为水稻研究的热点之一。香稻拥有食味品质好、经济价值高等优点,倍受青睐。综述了近年来水稻香味的化学成分、遗传机理、基因定位及克隆等方面的研究工作。并对水稻香味的育种研究和应用进行了展望。
- Abstract:
- Fragrance is one of the most important qualities in aromatic rice,and it has become a hot issue in scientific research on rice.Aromatic rice is widely accepted by the broad masses of the customers for the advantage of high eating quality and high economic value.The fragrance chemical composition,inheritance of aroma,mapping and cloning of fragrance gene were reviewed.And the application and breeding research of aromatic rice were prospected.
