摘要:
为了使油茶在信阳顺利推广，在对信阳油茶种植加工情况和现有林地资源充分调查的基础上，从推广原则、发展目标、推广方案及推广保障措施4个方面综述了信阳市油茶规划推广方式，即根据销售量确定种植品种，以市场为导向，以种植技术为基础，以农机推广机构为依托，以资金筹措为保障。
Abstract:
In order to promote camellia oleifera in Xinyang smoothly，on the basis of investigations of plant processing of camellia oleifera and existing forast resources in Xinyang city，the planning and promotion ways of camellia oleifera in Xinyang city were put forward from four aspects of promotion principles，development goals，promotion plan and safeguard measures，that’s determing varieties of camellia oleifera according to sales，taking the market as the guidance，planting technology as basis，extension institutions as support，fund as guarantee.
