柞蚕卵的保存方式对松毛虫赤眼蜂繁殖的影响

- 试验研究了柞蚕卵的不同保存方式对松毛虫赤眼蜂繁蜂的影响,为松毛虫赤眼蜂繁蜂生产中柞蚕卵合理保存提供科学依据。结果表明:应用新鲜的柞蚕雌蛾取卵粒来繁殖松毛虫赤眼蜂,其寄生率、羽化率、单卵出蜂数等各项主要繁殖指标均最高,其次是冷藏柞蚕雌蛾的保存方式,而保存干的柞蚕卵粒的方式繁殖的松毛虫赤眼蜂,各项主要繁殖指标均明显下降,保存湿的柞蚕卵粒的方式最低。因此,赤眼蜂生产上尽量保证应用新鲜的柞蚕雌蛾卵粒,此外可以采用冷藏柞蚕雌蛾的保存方式,并辅助少量的保存干柞蚕卵粒的方式。

- TheeffectsofdifferentstoragemodeofAntheraeapernyieggsonreproductionoftheTrichogrammadendrolimiwerestudiedinordertoprovidethescientificbasisforreasonablerestorationofAntheraeapernyieggsinreproductionoftheTrichogrammadendrolimi.TheresultsshowedthatapplyingfreshAntheraeapernyifemalemothtotakeeggstosireTrichogrammadendrolimicouldobtainthehighestvalueofthemainreproductionindexsuchasparasiticrate,eclosionrateofmonozygoticandbeenumberinanegg,followedbyrefrigerationAntheraeapernyifemalemoth,storagedryAntheraeapernyieggssiringTrichogrammadendrolimi,themainreproductionindexesweresignificantlydecreased,storagewetAntheraeapernyieggwasthelowest.Consequently,TrichogrammadendrolimiproductionasmuchaspossibletoensurethattheapplicationoffreshAntheraeapernyifemalemotheggs,refrigeratedofAntheraeapernyifemalemothcouldbeusedtostorageinaddition,auxiliaryfewstoragedryAntheraeapernyieggs.
