- 为了设施黄瓜的有机栽培和安全生产,以黄瓜品种德尔99为试材,采用随机区组设计,研究了EM对黄河上游地区设施黄瓜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:EM的应用使黄瓜产量明显提高,EM100倍液灌根处理的产量为喷施清水(对照)的1.29倍,达到极显著水平;同时EM的应用有助于提升黄瓜品质;在VC含量方面,EM100倍液叶面喷施处理和EM100倍液灌根处理分别高于对照20.18%和19.72%,达到显著水平。
- Abstract:
- For the organic cultivation and safe production of cucumber,taking cucumber variety Del99 as material,through randomized block design,the effect of EM on yield and quality of cucumber in the Yellow River upstream facilities was studied.The results showed that the application of EM improved the production of cucumber obviously,the production of treatment of root-irrigation for EM 100 times liquid was more than CK for 1.29 times,and reached extremely significant level;While the application of EM was more helpful to improve the quality of cucumber,the VC content of treatment of liquid spraying on the leaves for EM 100 times liquid and treatment of root-irrigation for EM 100 times liquid were significantly higher than CK for 20.18% and 19.72%,and reached significant level.
