摘要:
园林企业对于专业人才的需求与要求都日益提高。高职院校园林专业人才培养模式关系着毕业生能否顺利就业，适应岗位并实现升迁。为了更好地实现对口就业，以台州科技职业学院园林工程技术专业为例，考虑社会就业需求，对现有的人才培养模式进行分析与总结，探析高职园林工程技术专业建立高技能创新型人才模式的方法。
Abstract:
A rapid increase has been seen in the landscape designing industry’s demands and requirements for high-skilled specialists.The training modes in higher vocational education institutions impact on the employability of graduates,influence their adaptability in working environment,and even have effects in gauging or reducing their chances for promotion in future.Taking a case study of the landscape architecture course in Taizhou Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example,and taking the society demands into account,the existing specialist-training modes were analyzed and summarized,and methods to establish specialist-training modes by higher vocational education of landscape architecture were discussed.
