- 以“NE199”和“钦州本地”木薯优良品种为材料,进行木薯产业化组培育苗技术研究。结果表明:组培微型扦插培养基使用MS+BA 0.06~0.08 mg·L-1+NAA 0.02 mg·L-1+GA3 0.02 mg·L-1,培养光照强度1 500~3 000 1x,培养温度25~30℃,繁殖系数可达4.0~4.2,腋芽萌芽率达90%以上,玻璃化率和叶片黄化率可控制在2%和6%以内,移栽基质为黄心土∶河沙=8∶1,移栽成活率可达90%以上,可以实现木薯组培育苗产业化生产。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘NE199’ and ‘the Qinzhou local’ cassava as experiment materials to study industrialization tissue culture seedlings technology.The results showed that:The micro-cuttage medium using MS+BA 0.06~0.08 mg·L-1+NAA 0.02 mg·L-1+GA3 0.02 mg·L-1,light intensity of 1 500~3 000 1x and incubation temperature of 25~30℃,the propagation coefficient could up to 4.0~4.2,axillary bud sprouting rate could reach above 90%,the vitrification rate and leaf yellowing rate could be controlled within 2% and 6%.With the cultivation loess∶sand=8∶1,the transplanting survival rate could reach more than 90%,which could achieve the industrialization of cassava plant tissue culture.
