- 为选育大花黄槐品种,在大田条件下调查黄槐花器官5项因子(花瓣长、花瓣宽、花丝长、果柄长和雌蕊长),运用Excel统计软件作因子间相关与回归分析和t检验,对黄槐花器官因子间进行相关性研究。结果表明:黄槐花器官5项主因子里花瓣长与花瓣宽呈极显著正相关,花瓣宽与花丝长呈极显著正相关。这种正相关关系,可以为大田条件下选育大花黄槐品种提供理论依据。
- Abstract:
- To breeding large flower Cassia surattensis,five flower organs(including petal length,petal width,filament length,floral shoot length and pistil length)ofCassia surattensis were investigated under field conditions,the data were analyzed using statistical methods of correlation and regression analysis and t test by Excel,the relativity analysis among floral organs was studied.The results showed that petal length was highly significant positive correlation with petal width,and petal width was highly significant positive correlation with filament length.The positive correlation between petal length and petal width,as well as between petal width and filament length could provide theoretical basis for the large flower?Cassia surattensis breeding under field conditions.
