- 为筛选出适合我国北方温室苦苣水培生长的最佳营养液配方,采用浮板式水培的方法,选取4个不同的营养液配方对华茂大叶苦苣进行水培并调查不同浓度营养液的栽培池中苦苣的叶片数、株高、鲜重和根冠比。结果表明: B配方在叶片数和鲜重两项指标中的值偏低,A、C、D配方之间无显著差异,D配方在叶片数、株高、鲜重方面优于A、C配方,因此A、C、D配方均适合作温室内苦苣水培的营养液,D配方更适合温室生产,而B配方不适合。
- Abstract:
- In order to select the best nutrition formula suitable for greenhouse hydroponic growth in the north of China,using the floating plate test method of breeding,4 different nutrition formula were used to conduct endive hydroponic cultivation.The endive leaf number,plant height,fresh weight and root shoot ratio of different concentration of nutrient solution treatments were investigated.The results showed that the leaf number and fresh weight of formula B was lower than the other formulas,A,C and D formula had no significant difference,but D formula was superior to A and C formula in the leaf number,plant height and fresh weight.Therefore,A,C,D formulas were all suitable for greenhouse hydroponic cultivation,especially the D formula,and B formula was not suitable for greenhouse hydroponic cultivation.
