- 为给毛杜鹃(Rhododendron pulchrum)的栽培和育种提供理论依据,以毛杜鹃花粉为试验材料,采用花粉人工培养法研究了培养基中蔗糖和硼酸不同浓度组合及培养时间对毛杜鹃花粉萌发特性的影响。结果表明:蔗糖、硼酸在一定浓度范围内能促进花粉萌发,但超过一定浓度则起抑制作用,毛杜鹃花粉萌发的最适组合为100 mg·L-1蔗糖和10 mg·L-1硼酸,培养7 h后花粉萌发情况稳定。
- Abstract:
- Rhododendron pulchrum was used to study the effects of combinations of different concentrations of sucrose and boric acid in the medium on pollen ermination characteristics of Rhododendron pulchrum with the method of pollen artificial culture by single element tests to provide the theory basis for cultivation and breeding of Rhododendron pulchrum.The results showed that:sucrose 100 mg·L-1+boric acid 10 mg·L-1 combination was the best optimal combination of sucrose and boric acid for Rhododendron pulchrum pollen germination.The situation of pollen germination was stable after cultivating 7 days.
