- 抑制消减杂交技术以抑制性PCR技术和杂交二级动力学原理为基础,该技术具有高灵敏性、高效率、易操作等特点,是有效分离、克隆基因差异表达的方法之一。该文对其技术的原理、特点及其在植物寄生性线虫和植物抗病机制研究中的应用进行了综述。
- Abstract:
- Based on the suppression PCR and subtractive hybridization,suppression subtractive hybridizationSSHis a powerful technique that enables researchers to compare two populations of mRNA and obtain clones of genes that are expressed in one population but not in the other.SSH has become an efficient method that segregates and clone genes with the characteristics of high sensitivity,reliability and simplicity.The article introduced the principle and characteristics of SSH.The application on the study of plant-parasitic nematode and plant resistant-disease mechanism were reviewed.
