- 为研究“无毒、环保”的油脂提取技术,采用水酶法从菜籽中提取油,使用果胶酶作为破碎细胞壁的酶,对蛋白水解酶进行筛选。结果表明:通过单因素试验得到果胶酶的酶解浓度为2%(v/w),pH 3.8,50℃,4 h。确定选用植物蛋白水解酶为蛋白水解酶,油脂提取率为93.26%,游离油得率为88.09%。
- Abstract:
- In order to research “non-toxic,environmental protection” grease extraction technology,proteolytic enzymes were screened using pectinase as a broken cell wall enzymes and the oil extract using aqueous enzymatic from rapeseed.The results showed that a single factor experimental conditions concluded that pectinase enzyme concentration 2%(v/w),pH 3.8,50℃,4 h.Determine the selection of plant proteolytic enzyme protease,oil extraction rate was 93.26%,yield of edible vegetable oil was 88.09%.
