- 为明确玉米抗冷性种质鉴定指标和方法,选用郑单958、吉单415、辽单632和铁单18四个抗冷性不同的玉米种子于27℃培养12 h后分别置于5、10℃低温处理3 d,经27℃恢复生长3 d,研究其种子萌发期的抗冷性。结果表明:在低温处理前、后和恢复期的电解质渗漏率、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量受到影响,低温处理使不同抗冷品系在适温萌发和复温期的生理指标有显著差异,可以作为单一指标大致确定玉米萌发期低温耐性强弱。
- Abstract:
- In order to identify the index and method of resistance to cold of maize,four maize varieties(Zhengdan 958,Jidan 415,Liaodan 632 and Tiedan 18)were used to study their cold resistance in germinating stage.The seeds were cultivated in 27℃ for 12 h then treated under 5℃ and 10 ℃ for 3 d,and then in 27℃ for 3 d.The results showed the changes of electric conductivity,soluble sugar content,proline content could reflect the different low temperature tolerance,the differences of physiological index of different varieties in suitable temperature and recover temperature stage in 5℃ were significant,it could used as single index to identify the tolerance to cold of maize in germinating stage.
