- 应用改良过的CTAB法提取亚麻基因组DNA，并对其进行了紫外分光光度计和琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析。结果表明：得到的DNA结构较完整，杂质较少，浓度较高，可不经纯化直接用于进一步PCR和酶切等分子生物学研究，同时探讨了亚麻DNA提取过程中的一些技巧及注意事项。
- Abstract:
- The genomic DNA of flax was extracted by improved CTAB method.It was analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometer and agarose gel electrophoresis.The results showed that the structure of the obtained DNA was complete with little impurities and high concentration，it could be used for experiments of molecular biology such as PCR and enzyme digestion without purifying.Meanwhile，some techniques and preacutions in the process were also discussed.
