- 以玉米品种郑单958和辽单632为试验材料,研究不同外源药剂预处理对低温胁迫下玉米种子萌发的影响。结果表明:不同种类和浓度药剂预处理可影响郑单958和辽单632玉米种子的耐冷性,5 mg·L-1 GA3促进10℃低温下各品种种子的萌发,有利于幼苗和根系的生长,但不利于壮苗;1 mg·L-1浓度ABA浸种促进种子萌发,提高萌发期种子的耐低温性,高浓度抑制种子萌发。耐冷性弱的品种辽单632对外源激素更敏感,耐冷性强的品种郑单958低温下种子萌发不受影响。15%PEG、10%钙盐、1%H202浓度浸种渗调处理均能促进耐冷性不同的玉米种子低温萌发,提高幼苗的生长状况,而高浓度处理均对种子低温萌发产生抑制作用。
- Abstract:
- Taking maze varieties of Zhangdan 958 and Liaodan 632 as experimental materials,the effect of different exogenous chemical substances on the seed germination under low temperature stress were investigated.The results showed that different kinds and concentrations of the chemical substances could affect the seed cold tolerance,5 mg·L-1 GA3could promote the seeds germination of Zhengdan 958 and Liaodan 632 at 10℃,it good for the growth of seedling and root,but had no good for strengthening seedling;1 mg·L-1 of ABA could promote seed germination and improve seed resistance to low temperature at germination stage,while higher concentrate treatments could restrict the germination.Liaodan 632,the variety with weak cold tolerance,was sensitive to exogenous hormone;the germination of Zhengdan 958,the variety with strong resistance to could,was not affected by low temperature.PEG15%,10 %CaCl2 and 1%H2O2 could promote the germination of varieties with different resistance to cold and improve the growth of the seedling,while the higher concentrate treatments could restrict the germination of seed under low temperature.
