- 采用菌落生长抑制率法,分析了黑龙江省不同地区稻瘟病菌菌株对三环唑的敏感性。结果表明:三环唑对黑龙江省不同地区稻瘟病菌的平均抑制中浓度(EC50)有差异,大多数分布在160~190 mg·L-1,且400 mg·L-1以上的三环唑才能有效抑制稻瘟病菌的生长。同时还发现尚志、富锦地区、佳木斯、萝北、连珠山、北林区、宁安江南地区的稻瘟病菌已经对三环唑产生了一定程度的抗药性。
- Abstract:
- Colony growth inhibition rate method was used to analyze the sensitivity of strains of M.grisea to tricyclazole in different regions of Heilongjiang province.The results showed that in different regions of Heilongjiang province,the average tricyclazole to rice blast fungus inhibition concentration(EC50)were different,most located in the 160 and 190 mg·L-1,and the concentrate of tricyclazole more than 400 mg·L-1 could effectively inhibit the growth of M.grisea.The result also found that in Shangzhi,Fujin,Jiamusi,Luobei,Lianzhu Hill,North Forest and Ning southern region of the rice blast fungus had produced a certain degree of Tricyclazole resistance.
