- 以温室生长健壮、无病虫害的非洲菊品种太阳和诺苏娜为材料,选取花托为外植体,研究了2,4-D+6-BA和2,4-D+KT不同浓度对非洲菊愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:太阳接种在MS+2,4-D4.0 mg·L-1+6-BA0.5 mg·L-1培养基中愈伤组织诱导率最高,为65.0%,太阳的外植体35 d左右开始有愈伤组织出现,诺苏娜愈伤组织诱导率低于太阳,其接种后40 d才出现愈伤组织,但愈伤组织诱导率均较低,诺苏娜 接种在MS+2,4-D 4 mg·L-1+6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1培养基中愈伤组织诱导率最高,为45.0%。
- Abstract:
- Taking the Taiyang and the Nuosuna Gerbera jiamesonii without diseases and insect as the materials,and the receptacle was selected as explant,the effects of different concentration of 2,4-D+6-BA and 2,4-D+KT on Gerbera jiamesonii callus induction were studied were studied.The results showed that,the highest inductivity of the Taiyang callus which growing in MS+2,4-D 4.0 mg·L-1+6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1medium was 65.0%. The Taiyang explants began to produce callus after 35 days,and the nuosuna explants produce callus after 40 days,due to its low callus inductivity.And the highest inductivity of the nuosuna callus was 45.0%,in MS+2,4-D 4 mg·L-1+6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1medium.
