摘要:
介绍了黑河市对俄农业发展的口岸地缘和资源优势；重点从劳务输出、农副产品出口和农业科技合作3个方面阐述了黑河市对俄农业的发展现状，并对发展前景做出了展望。
Abstract:
The geographical and resource advantages between Russia and Heihe city in agriculture cooperation were introduced.It focused on the current situation of the agriculture cooperation between Russia and Heihe city from three aspects:export of labor services，the export of agricultural and sideline products and agriculture science and technology cooperation.Then it made a prospect for the development.
